This is a cute little project I did back in September, with the grade 1 class. Using a lesson I saw on Art Projects for Kids, students drew cute little foxes, and colored them in using oil pastels. This was a great beginning of the year lesson, as it helped me to gauge how well they could follow instructions, and also pumped the kids full of confidence in the art room!
Nice use of color :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, ya they did a really nice job!

ReplyDeleteThanks so much, appreciate it!:)
DeleteVery cute! Could be a great lesson on complementary colors, with the vivid sky and bright orange foxes!
ReplyDeleteThanks - there's definitely a lot that could be done with these little guys!
DeleteThese are great! I'm hoping to do these in November to compliment my grade one class' unit on nocturnal animals.
